금속, 플라스틱, 유리 등에 레이저로 각인하거나 타격해서 새긴 바코드를 읽는 데 최적화되어 있습니다.
1. 핵심 차별점: DPX (DPM 전용 시스템)
일반 스캐너는 반사가 심한 금속 위의 각인 코드를 읽기 어렵지만, 9600 DPX는 이를 해결하기 위해 특수 설계되었습니다.
  • 다중 조명 시스템: 확산광, 편광, 직사광 등 여러 각도의 조명을 조합하여 반사를 제어하고 코드의 대비(Contrast)를 극대화합니다.
  • 액체 렌즈(Liquid Lens) 기술: 초점을 전자식으로 순식간에 조절하여, 아주 작은 부품부터 큰 부품까지 거리에 상관없이 선명하게 포착합니다.
  • 강력한 DPM 알고리즘: 긁힘, 마모, 기름때 등으로 인해 손상된 각인 코드도 AI 기반 알고리즘으로 정확하게 복원하여 읽어냅니다.
2. 주요 하드웨어 특징
  • 모듈형 설계: 통신 방식(USB, RS-232, 이더넷, 산업용 프로토콜 등)을 하단 모듈 교체만으로 변경할 수 있어 시스템 확장성이 뛰어납니다.
  • 비접촉식 무선 충전: 접점이 없는 유도식 충전 방식을 사용하여, 먼지나 기름이 많은 공장에서 흔히 발생하는 '충전 단자 부식' 문제를 원천 차단했습니다.
  • 산업용 내구성: IP65/IP67 등급으로 물과 먼지에 완벽히 대응하며, 2.5m 높이에서 콘크리트 바닥에 떨어뜨려도 작동하는 튼튼한 외관을 자랑합니다.
